Installation
Theory of Operation
1, the system is based on active infrared presence detector principle of operation of the triangular structure. Transmitting and receiving optical axis of the intersection is the maximum scan range;
2, in order to adapt to changes in background characteristics of the rotating body, the system for background suppression mode of operation, the relevant background will be detected, but will not be ignored, there must be reflection from the object within the scanning range of the detection process, the system only generates action signal. Was suppressed by the background change (such as: ground material, humidity, small debris, light exposure) is not involved in the action;
3, background suppression technology features:
1) Turn the body to produce reliable and effective protection measures;
2) is not affected by background reflectance value;
Scanning height adjustment
The system is very easy to adjust the height scan.
1, installed detectors;
2, adjust the position of the detector to the background (such as ground), electricity;
3, if the scan height too, then adjust the scan adjustment screw slowly clockwise until the sensitive detection pinch objects up to meet the objectives and requirements;
4, if the scan height is too far, there inductance phenomenon, then slowly adjust the scanning adjustment screw counterclockwise until it does not appear self-inductance (has been suppressed by the background), but also be sensitive to detect until the pinch;
5, in order to improve the reliability of the system background suppression, as well as sensitivity to detect objects, the proposed regulation to scan the adjustment screw until the probe with the palm background leaving the ground about 200mm for the best;
6, the detector can operate normally, pinch probe into the state;
Note:
1, when scanned with a screwdriver adjustment screw is screwed, grip screwdriver should be inclined not to extend probe into the beam. After each adjustment, hand to leave the detector, observe the scan height of the detector.
2, when adjusting the height when scanning close vicinity of the target bit subtle adjustment to avoid excessive adjustment.
Side adjust the scanning area
In order to more accurately adjust the detection range of the detector side, scanning the area before and after the ad hoc fine tuning of the device: Loosen the screws fastening the main box, hand rotating the probe body, transferred to the desired side scan area, suitable fastening screw tight again screw. Can be used for fine adjustment of the detection area of the side;
